With more than 15 years of executive search experience, Joan Andrews has identified, interviewed and developed candidates for senior executive positions in over 200 engagements. Her professional career in search began with Russell Reynolds Associates in New York in 1982. She later joined Johnson, Smith & Knisely, a respected New York search boutique, where she first teamed up with Jefferson Partners Founder and Managing Director, Mike Wellman. She was with JS&K until 1995. More recently, Ms. Andrews has managed her own consultancy, providing senior candidate development services to both corporations and executive search firms.

Ms. Andrews has executed a range of engagements, from Associate Brand Managers to COOs and CFOs on behalf of Fortune 500, middle-market, and emerging new businesses. Her client industries encompass financial services, consumer products, healthcare, publishing, communications, retail, industrial and professional services. Specific corporate clients include Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson, Conde Nast, Humana and Gemini Consulting. Past search firm clients include Korn Ferry International, Norman Broadbent International, and The Cheyenne Group, among others.

Ms. Andrews earned her B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Oswego.
